Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager (ESTONIA)

METSATEK is looking for a Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager in Tartu, ESTONIA!


In connection with Company development, we are opening company’s branch in Estonia and inviting a new member to join our team.

METSATEK is one of the leading automotive companies in the Baltics and is a representative of such world-leading equipment manufacturers as HIAB (hiab.com), KESLA (kesla.com), CRANAB (cranab.com). METSATEK offers truck superstructure solutions and equipment for various applications and needs.

YOUR JOB DUTIES:

  • Active sale of equipment represented by the company and solutions to customers in Estonia
  • Preparation of offers and appropriate solutions, as well as their presentation to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Act as their primary point of contact and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Creating a customer database
  • Be engaged with customers and partners throughout the territory of Estonia
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and improve strategies, hold the responsibility of stock forecasting and management.
  • Posting information and activities on the company’s social networks

 

WE EXPECT:

  • Interest in the industry and desire to learn new knowledge

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Fluent English and Estonian language skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Understanding and experience in sales automotive industry
  • Technical education preferred
  • Ability to listen and present
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow-through on agreements
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Computer skills: MS OFFICE, MS TEAMS
